Rocky's K9 Rescue is run by Merna Karam, with the assistance of a group of dedicated volunteers. Rocky's saves loving and deserving dogs and cats from death row in the pounds. These innocent darlings are placed in foster care or boarding kennels while we search for their forever homes. Rocky's does not discriminate by age, size or breed. We rescue all kinds of dogs - the good, the sad and the ugly - and we specialise in large dogs. The pictures of animals on this site have been rescued by Rocky's K9 Rescue (we don't use models (lol). They are either available for adoption, or have been rehomed.
We'd like to thank PetStock at Bankstown. Petstock have not only donated petfood, they are also giving Rocky's K9 Rescue a space in their shop to try and rehome our kittens.
Petstock's policy is not to sell puppies and kittens in their shops, but to assist with adoption programs. What a great organisation.

Hey there! I'm a big guy, with a lotta big love to give. I'm also very well mannered, housetrained and love hanging out...just need my forever home to do it!
Such a man! Hayley is a loving and very friendly boy who is also good with other dogs. He has a beautiful nature. Harley loves the ball and toys; he’ll bring them back to your feet. If you take no notice of him he nudges you and gets the ball closer to you with his nose. Harley sits on command, walks well on a lead and travels in the car with no problems.
